On 14 July 2026, Friendship Band Making, Greeting Card Making, Poem Writing, and Speech Competitions were organized to celebrate the spirit of Friendship Day and Doctors' Day. Students enthusiastically participated in all the events, showcasing their creativity, artistic talents, literary skills, and public speaking abilities. Through colourful friendship bands and heartfelt greeting cards, students expressed the values of friendship, kindness, and togetherness, while the poems and speeches conveyed gratitude and appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and selfless service of doctors. The competitions provided a meaningful platform for students to develop their creative and communication skills while fostering values of friendship, empathy, and respect. The event was filled with enthusiasm, learning, and memorable moments, making it a truly enriching experience for all participants.

On the occasion of Doctors' Day, our school, in association with Aadhar Hospital, organized a General Health Check-up and ENT Check-up Camp for the students. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and encourage preventive healthcare.

 A variety of fun-filled activities were conducted to enhance colour recognition and creativity. Aalaya Academy conducted a Drug Awareness Programme for students and parents to raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of healthy life choices.
 The session was led by Mr. Saravanan, Inspector of Police, Uthukuli, who shared valuable insights on drug prevention, responsible decision-making, and the collective role of families and communities in creating a drug-free society.
 The programme was informative and encouraged participants to lead safe, healthy, and responsible lives.

Aalaya Academy enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day with active participation from students and teachers. The programme began with an introduction highlighting the importance of yoga in maintaining physical health, mental well-being, and emotional balance.
 Students performed various yoga asanas under the guidance of instructors, demonstrating flexibility, concentration, and discipline. The session emphasized the significance of incorporating yoga into daily life to promote a healthy lifestyle and inner peace.

As part of the CBSE Reading Day observance, the Reading Challenge was launched to foster a love for reading and strengthen students' literacy skills. Students enthusiastically participated in the initiative, exploring a variety of books and engaging in meaningful reading activities. The challenge aims to cultivate regular reading habits, enhance vocabulary and comprehension, and encourage lifelong learning. On 18 June 2026, a Drawing & Poster Making Competition was conducted as part of the WETT BE WERB initiative. Students enthusiastically participated by creating artwork based on World Environment Day themes, showcasing their creativity and awareness of environmental issues. Through thoughtful drawings and impactful posters, participants conveyed important messages on nature conservation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. The event provided a meaningful platform for students to express their ideas while promoting environmental consciousness through art.

Aalaya Academy, in association with Rotary Club and IMA Blood Bank, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on campus. The camp received enthusiastic participation from parents, staff, alumni, and community members. The event was inaugurated by our Managing Director, Mr. Ajay Aravind, who inspired everyone by becoming the first donor of the day.
